"Small older style motel that has been recently renovated (some rooms were still being renovated). Room had modern kitchenette. 10 minute walk to shops & restaurants, 2 minute walk to beach."

"Location was excellent - 15 min walk to the beach; Takapuna mall and Woolworth supermarket within close walking proximity to motel; comfortable rooms - we enjoyed the one bedroom unit and ease of parking on site. Good to have washers & dryers on site - but it's not complimentary, so the motel website was misleading. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We booked a deluxe bungalow. It says it has 2 queen beds 1 twin single and 1 fold out sofa bed. It did not. It had 1 queen and 1 twin. When I queried they said they do have have a bungalow with 2 queens and that they will bring a second roll or twin bed. Advertising needs to change needs to change as it is false. Woolworths is right across the road which is handy. Quiet and bungalow was comfy enough but dated. "
