This lake house is on Hancock Pond in Embden, ME.
What’s included? A fully stocked kitchen including two standard drip coffee makers, high chair, pack n play, towels, bedding (comforters, pillows, linens), ceiling fans, 5 box fans, gas fire place (inside), outdoor fire pit, 2 kayaks, a canoe, games and puzzles, patio with a gas grill, a picnic table and two Adirondack chairs. 2 TVs, one in the bunkbed room and the other in the living room (feel free to bring your own Fire stick to log into your Netflix/any streaming app, there is Wi-Fi!
In the summer, bring your bathing suit, friends, kids, bikes to enjoy swimming, relaxing in the sun, kayaking, paddling around in the canoe, roasting marshmallows over the fire, fishing, family games on the lawn, and much more! This beautiful clear pond is spring fed and full of sunfish, salmon, trout, bass, and loons! Available onsite is a private dock and boat launch!
In the winter, bring your snowshoes, ice fishing gear, snowmobiles, and skiing gear, Sugarloaf is 30 minutes away! (Unfortunately, there’s no direct access to ITS trails.)
Large and small hikes 15 minutes away! Golfing, ziplines, bowling, grocery stores, restaurants, all within a few minutes drive.
