Cons: One front desk staff member (an older gentleman) is very rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. It's far from downtown, making cabs expensive when the train isn't running or if you're in a rush. The rooms were freezing, and the heating was not individually controllable. "

"Very convenient location right next to the Tunnelbana entrance. Quiet hotel though. Comfy beds. Good view from the rooftop. Lovely buffet breakfast served until 11 every day."
