"The property was great for us as a family. We were busy all day and just needed somewhere to rest our heads and feet from all the walking we did. It would have been nice to have towels provided and being British, we’d have loved a kettle for making our own hot drinks. It was clean and warm, the shower was lovely and powerful, and the staff were accommodating. We were early for check in but they kindly offered us a different room which was ready. "Nice new building, very nice breakfast and it's a nice place. Need bedside tables, also there's not way to open the outside door on the street after hours if you don't have a key and no way to contact the front desk, if i did not have a cell phone i would have been stuck on the street. The entrance is also hard to find if not in front of it, need signs around the corner on the same building, when arriving late at night it's hard to see."

"God service hele vejen rundt i hotellet. Godt spa, god restaurant. Men lille værelse, til prisen. Glad for vi havde bonusnat at indløse ellers ikke pengene værd, til den lille størrelse værelse. Mangler flere knager i værelse, til ophæng af badekåber og måske en stol at sidde på. Kloak/vvs gik i stykker i morges så toilet blev fyldt med vand og brusekabine samt håndvask stod og boblede med vand. Derfor nødt til at bruge toilet på gangen i underetagen."
