A contemporary two-storey holiday townhouse located at the stunning Links Lady Bay.
This tastefully decorated townhouse has stunning views of the golf course and rolling hills.
This property recently had an internal makeover and presents beautifully.
The open plan kitchen, lounge, and the dining area is styled with modern furnishings and a brand new 75inch smart Tv.
The living area opens up onto a large balcony with a beautiful outdoor setting and a bbq to enjoy the summer sunsets.
The 3 spacious bedrooms all have built-in robes.
The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with access to its own private balcony.
The other 2 bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed.
You will also find a converted garage ideal for the kids to hang out with the bonus of a full-out single trundle, comfy lounge, smart tv, Xbox (must bring your own log-in details), and Netflix.
The main bathroom has a shower, bath & vanity with a separate toilet located downstairs, with a second toilet located upstairs. Other features of the home include a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, zoned ducted reverse cycle air conditioner, undercover entertainment area, and balcony with bbq.
Guests also have use of 4 complimentary bikes with helmets and numerous board games.
