You’ll be interacting with our very experienced co-host, Lynn of Pro Familia Homes. A member of the team is available 24/7/365 via phone/text (# provided after booking).

The Hall of Fame Hideaway is located in the quiet, 100-year old historic Southridge district where families, retirees and students live. Eastwood Park is at the end of the block. A local elementary school is one block north and with the close proximity to OU campus, traffic may be congested on game days or school drop offs and pick-ups. Good news is you're so close to campus you could walk!

Hungry? You'll be within walking distance to Campus Corner or a very short drive to downtown Norman.

Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. The HVAC closet, water heater closet and attic are off limits to guests.

There is no garage. A total of four compact cars (2-3 trucks or SUVs) may *carefullly* park in the two driveways. Parking in the alley is prohibited as this is the access point for our neighbor's homes. Please avoid street parking so we can be good neighbors!

Pick Your Perfect Bedroom!

Bedroom #1 - Ideal for those who like to stay close to the action! This compact room off the kitchen has a plush queen bed, blackout curtains, and a 35" Roku TV. The shared closet and door to the sunroom make it perfect for quick sprints to the kitchen or sunroom.

Bedroom #2 - This XL room is a gold-medal choice for couples. A king bed, 50" Roku TV, and plenty of storage space make it feel like a true home base. The en suite bathroom’s walk-in shower and double vanity are ready for post-game refresh. *There is no door to the bathroom.* The only door to the backyard is in this room.

Bedroom #3 - Night owls, this compact room is for you! This room stays cooler than the others. Stay cozy in a queen bed w/blackout curtains and a 35" Roku TV. The "closet-turned-workspace" is perfect for those last-minute plays or catching up on work.

Bedroom #4 - A small but mighty room, perfect for kids. A twin bed with a trundle, plush linens, and blackout curtains create a snug retreat. Two suitcase racks offer just enough storage for little travelers. No TV in this room!

Bonus Bed - The living room couch pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa for guests #9 & #10. Need to prepare it? Extra linens and pillows are in the "closet-turned-workspace". Just remember to tag a teammate to help move the furniture.

Home Truths:
- All TVs are WiFi-enabled with streaming apps, no cable.
- The enclosed porch isn’t climate-controlled but does have a ceiling fan.
- Game day traffic can cause congestion. Best to walk to nearby spots!
- The Asian pear trees are real—enjoy views of local wildlife when they stop by for a midnight snack!
- No alleyway parking—please respect our neighbors’ driveways.

To complete your booking, sign our Rental Agreement, complete the ID verification and-pay the non-refundable $35 damage waiver within 48 hours.

We offer early check-in for a small fee—just ask! A full linen package and starter supply kit are provided, but you may need to replenish during your stay. Enjoy your stay in Norman, where every visit feels like a victory lap!

We're looking at you...yes, YOU! We use Truvi's Know Your Guest tool as part of our guest screening process. Truvi is a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. When you make the booking, Truvi will send you an SMS/text message complete the ID Verification and pay the $35 Damage Waiver.

We get it! Accidents happen when you're traveling! That's why during the Truvi process, we'll require you to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $35. The damage waiver protects you in case you cause accidental damage (pet damage is excluded) during your stay. Say goodbye to awkward conversations after check-out! (This is in lieu of any security deposit.)

Your booking confirmation will also include a link to the Rental Agreement. The primary renter must agree to abide and follow these terms and conditions during the entire stay (& share these terms and conditions with all other guests).

*Your booking is NOT confirmed until the ID Verification, Damage Waiver, and Rental Agreement requirements have been fulfilled. These steps need to completed within 24 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and free up those dates for other guests.

All guests will follow the Good Neighbor Agreement and will:

✔️ Adhere to Quiet Hours
✔️ Not tamper, disable, block or remove the safety and security devices, such as the smoke alarms, CO alarms, Minut privacy safe noise monitor located in main living room, and Ring video doorbell.

*A Ring video doorbell is located at the front door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, front yard and catches part of the driveway. A second Ring video floodlight is located on the NE corner of the house and points toward the front yard, parking area, and sidewalk. The Rings are a motion sensitive recording device and operational 24/7/365. The host has access to the camera and the video recordings at all times via the Ring app. There are no cameras inside the home.

The home is treated for pests quarterly. During the spring/summer, the lawn is mowed during the week, weather permitting.
