Perfect Location
Our family really enjoyed our time at the property. Fully functional home and the beds are super comfy. The furniture in the living area is a bit worn & less than comfortable so that could be a possible improvement. This is an old house with creaking floors but it adds to the charm. Would highly recommend it!

OU football coaching meeting.
Great spot for some of my staff and I to stay while in town meeting with the OU staff at the stadium. East walk or short drive to the stadium. East walk to eat and drink. Great communication and the space is perfect. We will be back.

Family visit with our graduating senior
We had a wonderful time with our graduating senior. We hosted 2 sets of aunts and uncles in the house with us for an early graduation celebration, and it was perfect! We had 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds, and all with tons of charm. The remodel of this house was done so well, with special attention given to retaining a lot of the house's old charm. We walked across the street to The Mont and enjoyed the easy access to campus and the businesses on campus corner. I highly recommend!

Beautiful stay
LOVED our stay in this beautiful home. Loved the updates to the 1930’s home and still keeping all the character. Check-in was easy, communication was good for most of the stay. Had a small concern and didn’t get an answer from the property manager before checkout but it all ended up good. Would definitely recommend this home & we would love to stay here again.

Great weekend visiting OU
This house is darling, spacious, and in a perfect location. We could easily walk to The Mont, Campus Corner and the OU campus, even with 2 young kids. There was a cute coffee bar set up for us and some snacks. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed spending time on the screened-in porch! Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay while getting our Sooner settled for another year. Great location close to OU and Campus Corner. The house is artfully decorated and properly amenitized. Comfortable beds/linens. Loved the quirks and character of house - old school charm, new school convenience. Loved walking to our favorite spots The Mont and Neighborhood JAM, and Benvenuti’s.

Just what we needed!
Such a sweet house with tons of character. We were very comfortable here with our family of 7. Came for a college visit at OU and it was so easy to get to campus and back with plenty of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend and would rent again! Thank you!

Charming older home near OU
We truly enjoyed our stay. We went to Norman to attend our niece’s graduation. The home is exactly as advertised. Very clean. We loved the back porch with the hanging daybed. Living room furniture was very comfortable, kitchen had all the necessities. Location was convenient to campus with several restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again,

Historic Home in Norman
The location couldn't be better if your attending OU events. The house is updated and done extremely well. Many of the old items remain but add to the charm. Sleeping was very comfortable. Lots of places to talk with friends. More than expected with coffee accommodations. The living room couches could be upgraded but all in all very comfortable seating.

Beautiful Home Close to OU
My husband and I and friends enjoyed a fun return to Norman at this gorgeous home! We were able to walk to the Mont, Campus Corner, and OU. The location is amazing!!! Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated - just as pictured. There was plenty of room for gathering, and we really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!!! We will definitely be back!

What a great house for our post-Covid family get together! Plenty of room and amenities, close to family, OU and Campus Corner made for an outstanding trip. The house was super-clean and the location could not have been better for us! Walking distance to everything we needed and the screened-in porch was a hit with everyone! This house is perfect for an OU Game Day landing spot or anytime a centrally located place is needed while visiting Norman. We highly recommend the 519 Tulsa Street house for your next visit to Norman.

Cozy with lots of space for family
This home was perfect for our stay. You need to know that the floors are original, so expect them to creak when you walk up and down the stairs or back and forth to bathrooms while people are sleeping. For us, though, it’s part of the charm. We didn’t get to enjoy the screened in back porch because of the cold temps but on warmer days it’s a great space. The driveway is big enough for a couple of cars. The kitchen has a Keurig AND a traditional coffee maker. There was a hair dryer but we did not find an iron, so if you press your clothes you’ll need a travel iron. The location is perfect—just across one of our favorite spots, The Mont, and if you like walking instead of paying for parking, the walk to campus is completely doable. Overall great stay!

Disappointed - Multiple Issues on our stay
We were very excited to spend Thanksgiving weekend with our family in Norman, as our son is at OU and we were attending the game. Unfortunately this house left us scrambling on several fronts. There are several things a renter should be aware of when booking this house. The house is nearly 100 years old, which is fine and can be charming, but it has not been updated/kept up in several key areas despite the pictures. We arrived to a clogged sink in the kitchen, which made washing dishes impossible. They did not stock hot pads, dish soap or sponges/brushes. When we inquired we were told to go out and buy them and we would be reimbursed. This was over Thanksgiving mind you. The TV streaming was non-functional and would not stream a football game without constant buffering. We had to leave to go watch at the Noun hotel. A $20 firestick would have allowed us to steam from our phone but they didn’t have that either. The toilet seat upstairs is the small round size but sits on an oblong toilet. Sounds minor until you sit on it lol. The front door lock is hanging on by a thread - when locked and pushing on door to make sure it is locked, the door still opens enough that you can see into the main room. This door could be forced open and is a safety concern. There was an exposed and rusted outlet (no cover) in the bedroom that sparked when used to plug in a charger. I’m all for the charm of old homes, but this house has a long way to go for the game day prices they charged.
