"Best hotel I’ve been in my trip. Beautiful rooms. Only one downside but really small, is that the laundry room closes at 9 and I was not told of it therefore I could not do my laundry but is just a small thing that it doesn’t matter. The hotel was absolutely exceptional, loved it I will go back in a heart beat, "

"Amazing hotel. I think we lucked out with the private baths as we got one every night, but they were incredible. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Rooms were big for Japan and a very comfortable bed. Only downside was the smoking room in the lobby at the elevator that made the elevators smell of smoke all the time. "

"Good amenities, good location, and while parking was limited we found a spot the day we stayed. Room was a good size for a couple travelling with two large checked bags and 2 carry-on pieces."

"Very clean and neat hotel with an onsen so was able to relax after a long day. Very close to the main tourist spots and also close from the train/bus station. The breakfast was also delicious with a wide selection of foods."
