"The location was not great for walkers/pedestrians coming from the train station or airport to the Big Market SQ. or the Fish market sq. (Central Business Dist.) Also, there was alot of messy construction outside the front entrance, by the highway/freeway. Great hotel though, especially if you drive or are in GRN for a conference/event at the Martini Arena."

"This is the second time I stay at this property and I recommend it. Great service by the staff, rooms are good, 1 minute distance from the train central station and 5 minutes walking to the city center. Several good dining options within minutes."

"The place exceeded our expectations. Lawrence is a first class host. The place is really quirky and well worth the money. Leeuwarden is just a fantastic base in the north of the country and we made a visit to one of the Wadden Islands with a two hour ferry journey which was splendid. "

"GPS took us to the wrong location, not the hotels’ fault, but it was harder to find than expected. The biggest issue we had is the shower had a floor to ceiling window to the outside. It was frosted, but it made showering uncomfortable. Also the elevator was interesting. It was almost like it was a warehouse lift for pallets."
