The only bad thing was the air unit made an awkward noise every time it kicked on. There was also quite a bit of dried blood splattered on the living area floor. It looked like maybe for a dog claw. And you should put a safety concern on the stairs to the loft. They are way to steep and not to code, very short steps and straight up angle with only one grip rail with no...
