No Smoking, violations will be $500.
No pets authorized. If found, violation fee is $200 per pet.
Dish Duty: Used dishes? Give them a quick wash and put them back. Easy peasy!
Furniture Fun: Feel free to rearrange, but please return things to their spots and switch off lights and small appliances before you leave.
Safety First: Lock up all doors and windows, and take your trash out when you go.
Spot a Mess?: Let us know if something needs extra cleaning—we’re here to help!
Key & Pass Reminder: Lost keys or parking passes? That’ll be $125.
Sleep Sweetly: Max three people per bedroom. Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed at this time.

Trash Policy: Please put all trash in the dumpster in the parking lot. We do not recycle at this time.

Laundry: The shared coin laundry room is all the way at the end of the sidewalk between the buildings, furthest from the parking lot. Code is 1313.

Parking Info: Only one car authorized in the parking lot. Must use the parking pass provided in the unit.
