Summary:
The Cavalier Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) in a beautifully restored building in Ocean View. Located right on the beach and close to wonderful restaurants. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability.

The Space:
Bedroom 1: First bedroom has a queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom has a queen size bed

*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.

There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with high-speed wifi.

The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

*This unit does not face the water - there is a common back yard space that can be accessed by all the guests with access to the beach.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

The Neighborhood:
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.

Getting Around:
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot (#8) in the parking lot in front of the building.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM

- Turn TV off
- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter
- Lock door behind you

Place was quaint but very disappointed in the misleading listing & photos with ocean view. The only view is of the street & the passing cars are loud all day/night. The place smelled like animal urine in the bedrooms. Marijuana smell in the entrance with smell coming through vents. Living space was ok, not very comfortable couch. Positive note the beds were very comfortable & the picnic area was nice. I asked manager about the ‘oceanview’ & responded it’s on Oceanview Dr. Very misleading. I would not stay here again. What a tease to be right on the beach but with zero view of ocean.

Cute apartment but beach isn't the best
Really cute and spacious place! Only issue is the beach isn't a great one for a vacation beach day. There is a huge oil rig with a huge pipe coming out of the water across the beach! So you have the climb the pipe to get over to the water but the water is dirty/shiny/tar like sand. Definitely not the property owners fault but wish we would have known this wasn't exactly a swimming/relaxing beach - it's an oil beach. Also there was a dog in the unit across the hall from us (#5) that barked on end for hours.

Lovely apartment. Very clean, well appointed and stylish. The beach is really nice. Quiet without the crowds and located right out the door. Good communication from rental company. Would definitely recommend.
