"Super liebe und nette Gastgeber. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bzgl all unserer Bedürfnisse oder Fragen. Neben den Rentieren, und den Nordlichtern, war unser besonderes highlight der Haushund "Nalle". Neben der Gastfreundlichkeit konnten wir im "Spielraum" etwas Zeit verbringen, oder abends am Feuer. Das einzige Manko war, dass leider der Motor des whirlpools zu schwach war, um diesen aufzuheizen. "

"Auf unserem Roadtrip von Tromsø zum Nordkap und zurück haben wir hier übernachtet. Von aussen wirkte das Haus in die Jahre gekommen, auf dem Weg die Treppe hoch hatten wir befürchtungen (Glasscherben) was uns innen erwarten würde. Allerdings wurden wir eines besseren belehrt, der Empfang war freundlich das Zimmer sauber, ruhig und bequem, das Frühstück am nächsten morgen war gut. Der Weg zum Hotelparkplatz hätte besser kommuniziert werden können, wir hatte zuerst vor dem Hotel am Hafen geparkt...

"We checked in on December 25, and rented our own car at the airport to drive to the cabin. Along the way, being Christmas, we did not realize the ferry was not working. It made our drive three hours longer than expected. In the future, I suggest letting guest Know ahead of time about the ferries. However, upon arrival, the staff made sure to accommodate us at a local restaurant for dinner. Phew! The cabin was clean, and the heated floor was awesome. "Only stayed for a night, but this place had everything we needed. It is close to the ferry port to Lyngseidet. Host was friendly and spoke enough English to accommodate us with our non-existent Norwegian. Dinner was nice and reasonably-priced, and breakfast was plentiful. Only thing to be wary is that the restaurant was open only until 6pm, but this may have been due to it being low season."
