"The hotel was great. We’ve stayed in one in Sweden and loved the idea so we booked another with the same company. However, the room didn’t have an oven but did have a stove. There was no oil or anything to cook with so that was one of the first things we had to buy. Everything else was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay! "

"Finding the office to check in was simple, contrary to other reviews - I had no trouble. There are three flights of stairs that are unfriendly to wheeled luggage. No problem leaving my luggage at 9am after disembarking my cruise, but I was told although the apartment was not ready (understandable at that time) they would contact me when it was, so I could move in early. "I have stayed at this hotel perhaps 15 times over the past 5-6 years. Perhaps more times. Maybe over 100 days all together. I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. But I like the area and it is very convenient for me. "

"My daughter recommended Frogner House and it was perfect! I had a studio and for my needs it fit the bill. I’m planning on booking here again on my next visit to see my daughter and her family! Great location walking distance to most everything in Oslo! And the bus stop was nearby as well! "

"The apartment was great. Bedroom was pretty small and tight to navigate around the bed. But otherwise great. Very nice space with fully equipped kitchen and a clothes washer. Our issue that we had here was with the noise from the neighborhood. The area has a vibrant nightlife and was extremely loud. There were people talking, laughing, yelling all hours of the night. "Love that this hotel is connected to the train station. So convenient. We arrived at 10:30pm from our Norway in a Nutshell tour and just walked a little to get to the hotel, and then in the morning it was just a hop, skip and a jump to get to the airport train. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, although we like to toast our bread, and there wasn't a toaster. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If you get a room looking out towards the Munch Museum, the view is incredible!"
