Tolle Ferienwohnung - liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet - im Zentrum von Norderney mit dem Nordstrand "gleich um die Ecke". Ein kleiner Supermarkt (mit Selfcheckout bis 23 Uhr geöffnet) ist direkt nebenan. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Eine Mikrowelle (mit Backfunktion) wäre ein echter "Gamechanger". Die ließe sich bestimmt noch in der Küche an die Wand schrauben - unter das "Regal".

Bei der Ankunft bei der Hausnummer drei war der erste Eindruck nicht sehr einladend. Das Treppenhaus könnte auch einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Die Wohnung jedoch ist neu und einladend eingerichtet. Ich war vier Wochen und fühlte mich rundum wohl . Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht alles sehr gut .

Es hat uns gut gefallen
Alles war so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Einzige Kritik: Die Einweisung hätte etwas ausführlicher sein können. So haben wir erst am nächsten morgen gemerkt, dass man den Wasserboiler im Bad selber anschalten muss, wenn man warm duschen möchte. Ansonsten war alles super.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Das Haus liegt direkt in der Innenstadt und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es zu Fuß maximal 1 Minute und zum Strand keine 5 Minuten. Das Appartement befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es ist zweckmäßig und sogleich gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben dort eine wunderschöne Zeit mit 2 Hunden und 2 Erwachsenen verbracht. Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

Schöne kleine Wohnung
Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort übernachtet. Die Wohnung war hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. Die Betten quietschten leider sehr, was uns bei einer Nacht nun aber nicht überwiegend gestört hat.

Zentrale Altbauwohnung, fußläufig alles schnell erreichbar. Ausstattung soweit gut. Leider ist die Beschreibung/Ausstattung der Wohnung wenn man sie sich auf dem Laptop anschaut NICHT identisch wie auf Handy odet Tablet. Hat es zu Verwirrungen gesorgt. Ansonsten zu empfehlen.

Treppenhaus dunkel und muffig, schlecht wenn der Urlaub startet. Fehlende Reinigunghilfmittel gerade wenn man mit Hund unterwegs war. Klobürste versieft.

Liebevolle Wohnung
Schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail und es fehlt an nix. Lage ist perfekt. Leider ist das Treppenhaus sehr alt und muffig. Wird jedoch in Kürze kernsarniert damit sollte das behoben werden. Probleme wurden durch die Vermietung immer zeitnahe und freundlich gelöst. Der einzige Sterne Abzug ist die Hellhörigkeit zur Wohnung darüber. Dort lebt eine Familie fest die ständig"lief"und man hörte jeden Schritt. Belastend ab 6 Uhr morgens. Wir hätten uns eher an die Vermittlung wenden sollen denn das hatte die Erholung gemindert.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen
Nur positive Bewertung! Allerdings wenn man auf getrennte Schlafzimmer wert liegt als Erwachsene, dann ist es nicht optimal. Das kleine Zimmer mit Etagenbett ist nur für Kinder geeignet. Trotz allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt!
