The North Beach and the beach promenade can be reached directly by the street opposite the house in only about 250 meters. The apartment has a large balcony with comfortable garden furniture and is located in the 1st. OG. The living room has a new large LCD flat screen TV. Furthermore, the apartment has from December 2016 on a newly built kitchen incl. Dishwasher. Furthermore, there is a newly built sauna incl. Dampfand. This is available to our guests for a fee. In addition, the residence has a fitness room, a large children's playroom and a separate table tennis room. Free parking for cars directly at the house -only after consultation with the residence on-site possible- thereon, however, there are no concessions. Also located in the basement, a laundry and drying room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers and an iron. A bus stop and taxi service are right outside the residence. Bed linen and towels (1 bath towel, 1 guest towel and tea towels) are included in the rental price per person once.
