Zwei Personen werden sich in dieser Wohnung sehr wohlfühlen. Mit allem ausgestattet fehlt nichts was zur Selbstversorgung notwendig ist. Die Lage ist mit Nähe zum Weststrand und zur Ortsmitte topp. Die Lautstärke des TV-Gerätes könnte ein wenig höher eingestellt sein (durch PIN begrenzt und nicht regelbar). Bei Sendern, die Tonsignale schwächer übermitteln, ist kaum etwas zu verstehen.
