"This faculty was very clean, the staff was nice, they had all listed amenities available, many restaurants right next to it, and was nicely up to date. The only minor issue was a guest’s barking dog in an adjacent room, but that’s not really the fault of the hotel. And once the attention was brought to the staff, they promptly and politely took care of the issue. I’d definitely recommend this for anyone coming to Clear Lake, and I’ll definitely stay here again myself in the future. Overall great experience! "

"Very attentive staff. Breakfast area was frequently checked. Front desk (check-in and check-out) was friendly and super helpful. The window heater was a little loud when it turned on, but not too bad. It didn't interrupt my sleep. "

"Easy check in. The rooms we stayed in were nicely cleaned and the floor was quiet. This is the nicest hotel in the area. I enjoy staying here every time I come back to visit. The only issue sometimes it can be difficult to find staff at the front desk and they aren’t always present. "
