The staff, especially Sara and Maryam, were absolutely amazing—kind, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to helping my parents in every possible way. Their support and hospitality made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate their efforts and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay! "

"The Richmond is not a 4 star property in the US or a European sense, meaning it does not have tastefully bland art on the walls or bath products with mystical Thai names. However, it is located across the street from Echmiadzin and within a few blocks of most other attractions. The property is scrupulously clean. You get complimentary toothbrush and razor in the room. The walk-in shower is spacious. The mattress is comfortable. The staff is super-friendly and they cook enough food for an army, so you’re in zero danger of starving if you order breakfast or dinner. It’s a solid hotel and who cares about the number of stars?"

"Nice hotel with patio view of Mt. Ararat. Nice buffet breakfast starting at 830. Not walkable to downtown but GG app is cheap for taxis. Pool not in use since it was Oct and cold but looked nice."

"This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break. Overall a nice break and far enough from the city to benefit, but would be better to stay here if part of a big wedding etc."
