The Palm Casita is fully airconditioned and has two large bedrooms and one bathroom. Bubali Garden Homes has a beautiful swimming pool with a nice lounge spot. The property provides a beautiful, lush garden with a palm tree gallery, mango trees, passion fruits and cherry trees.

We are located in a quiet area just 1 mile away from Eagle beach. Bubali Garden Homes is ideally located on the island.
The Palm casita and the Mango casita are build on a large lot. You can rent the casitas together or separately.

Excellent stay
Beautiful property for an excellent value. The property grounds / pool are are very nice and relaxing. It was temping to just spend out time hanging out there, but of course there's plenty to see nearby. The host, Kiki and Frans, were vey nice and accommodating.

Palm Casita
My family and I really enjoyed the Palm Casita that Kiki and Frans own. They are very sweet people. Having a cold Aruban beer upon our arrival was delightful! We loved staying at their piece of paradise in Aruba. Everything went smoothly and the home is just like the pictures!! Having a shared oasis complete with pool in the back yard was awesome made the heat bearable and the perfect reading relaxing spot for our son and his fiancé. We would most definitely stay at the Palm Casita again!! Thank you so much for the hospitality Kiki and Frans!!! Until the next time - cheers and thank you from Canada!

We won't stay anywhere else when in Aruba!
The owners, Kiki and Frans, were at the property to greet us upon our arrival. This nice couple showed my wife and 18-year old son the 2-bedroom casita in which we would stay. It was immaculate as was the rest of the property. There is air-conditionining in both bedrooms, a full kitchen, flat screen TV (we never used it), and comfortable beds. There is a small garden, as well as a larger garden out back. Plenty of outdoor areas to relax, either under the large covered patio or lounging by the pool. Along with the saltwater pool which is cleaned daily by Frans, we were supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, and an ice chest, which we thought were very nice touches. We spent a week of scuba diving during our time there and the outdoor shower made it very easy to rinse our gear. There were plenty of sturdy clotheslines for us to hang our gear to dry. The casitas are conveniently located. They are within walking distance of Superfood (very nice American style supermarket) and other local markets and restaurants. 5 minute drive to the beach, 7 minutes to the high rise hotels, casinos, restaurants, and nightlife. 10 minutes to downtown Oranjestad. 20 minutes to the National Park. It took us 15 minutes to get from the airport to the casitas. No one was staying in the other casita during our stay, so we had plenty of privacy. Though, Kiki and Frans, live directly behind the property, they did not infringe on our privacy, but were readily available if we needed anything. Thanks again Kiki and Frans for everything! I cannot see ourselves staying anywhere else when in Aruba!

Einfach nur schön
Wir verbrachten 2 wunderbare Wochen im Palm Casita. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Auch der Garten und der Pool werden sehr gepflegt. Kiki und Frans waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns dort praktisch wie zuhause gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.

We were disappointed in this property. The area outside of the house was disappointing to look at. It advertised air conditioning and it was only in the bedrooms. We were told to leave the living room door and kitchen door open to get the trade wind breeze. It advertised a fireplace and there was not one on the property. It said that it was wheelchair accessible and the bathroom was very small and there is no way that a wheelchair bound person could bathe and use the toilet. The bedding only had sheets. The mattress was as hard as a board, the pillows were awful, no comforter or blanket on the property. The 2nd bedroom didn't even provide a fitted sheet. The hair dryer couldn't plug into the outlet in the bathroom because they had a raised plate around the outlet. There were no wash clothes provided. There was no washing machine on the property. Small bugs, like ants, were seen crawling in the bathroom sink in the evening and the morning. We left after 1 night.

GREAT vacation spot
The property is beautiful, quiet and convenient. Our hosts, Kiki and Frans were the best! Warm and friendly and even though they live on the property, they NEVER intruded but gave us the privacy we expected. We would definitely return again!!

Wonderful super clean casita
These side by side casitas are ideal for 2 families of 4 to enjoy Aruba. Close to everything. Pool was amazing to lounge by and Kiki and Frans are always on hand to help in any way. Everything in the pictures are exactly as shown! JP

Beuatiful and awesome.
Clean and friendly, fully equipped. Kiki and Frans are amazing host! When our family of four arrived to our home "for a week," we were greeted with great smiles and happiness. After all, it is One Happy Island. They were very helpful in every aspect of our vacation. I suggest you ask them questions about the sights in Aruba (the light house, red anchor, baby beach), where do the locals eat (Zeerovers *****) . It's also a bit windy...but it's an island in the Caribbean what's not to love. I suggest you rent a car to enjoy this whole little piece of heaven on earth and you will need it to get to the beach. Wish I was there now!!! Dushi,

Perfect location
Family of 4 includes 2 kids. We enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located home. Mins from grocery store, mins away from Eagle beach, 10 mins away from main strip and palm beach. What was great was having the owners on site always there to give advise and recommendations. House was very clean and had everything you need to make you vacation a relaxing one. The pool in the back was nice to have a quick dip in the afternoon or late evening. Would definitely come back and stay here. You do need a car to explore this great island.

Wonderful stay!
We`ve stayed 10 days in February. Frans & Kiki were great, very helpful when needed. Excellent location, very close to everything, beaches 5 min drive, SuperStore 2 min drive. The house is very clean and very spacious. Pool is great for the evenings. Need a car to go around the island.

Great location for a lovely holiday!
In August 2016 we've stayed in the Palm Casita at Bubali Garden Homes for a week. The reception by the owners (Kiki & Frans) was great, they're very friendly. The house is clean and very spacious for four people, it has everything you need. Beside this, they have a BBQ which you can use. There's a nice pool (that lights up in the evening) in the backyard that you share with the people in the other casita. Both casitas have their own terraces which you don't share. The house we had, had even two terraces which was perfect because we could choose to sit in the sun or in the shade. Kiki and Frans are great people who are always there to help you with whatever you want or need and they even brought us a few times to the beach when we didn't have a car yet. We highly recommend this place!

Recommend to anyone
We were fortunate to spend five weeks at this resort. We found it to be very convent as far as location. Supermarkets very close by and the beach was only a few blocks away. The resort offered everything to make your stay a pleasant one. Would defiantly rent again if we have the opertunity to return. The owners were a pleasure to deal with.Would recommend it to any friend or family headed to Aruba. I would recommend having a car as other things are a ways away. Taxi's are available!

Wonderfull week in a wonderfull house
We spend a wonderfull week in a wonderfull house. Kiki and Frans are welcoming hosts, always ready to help us if we need something. The house is very clean with all necessities. We enjoy the garden with the swimming pool, it's à quiet and great place close to beaches and supermarket. We had enjoy ouf stay.

Absolutely perfect
This was my wife and I's first visit to Aruba. Frans and Kiki were quick to respond to my emails before our trip to answer any questions I had. Upon arrival, they warmly greeted us at the gate and showed us around the property and the house. The Palm Casita fit every requirement we could ask for. Location was less than five minutes from Eagle Beach and less than ten to Arashi, beach which they personally recommend. There are two large grocery stores less than a minute away. The house was well equipped with all cookware, hairdryer, lots of extra towels, AC in each bedroom, plus hot water in the shower. Beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler was also available. The pool was a welcome retreat from the afternoon heat or for a late night dip. The property is in a quiet area and very private. Frans and Kiki live next door and were always available if we needed anything and were more than happy to share island tips or give suggestions. We can not thank them enough for the hospitality they shared and the lovely rental they provided!

Nice vacation and close to everything.
We had a lovely vacation here and extremely enjoyed having use of 4 beach chairs and towels which made our daily trips to the beach that much easier. This rental is just a few minutes away from the beaches, plenty of restaurants nearby also. If you do not have a rental car I would strongly urge you to get one. I use Wheels2Go anytime I am visiting Aruba. They are wonderful and will meet you right at the airport with the rental car. It is far easier going this route. Grocery stores are all nearby as well. The hosts, Kiki & Frans are lovely people who will make your stay enjoyable. They take pride in their property and it shows.

A Great Family Vacation at a Wonderful House!
We brought our family of four for a week's vacation. The casita was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all of the everyday necessities needed to function daily. Our boys enjoyed the pool everyday and we enjoyed being able to enjoy our breakfast on the front porch every morning or just lounge by the pool every evening. Kiki and Frans we're extremely gracious, warm, and hospitable hosts. They were always available to answer any questions we had and they made sure they recommended the various sites and attractions on the island. They maintain the property everyday and it shows! The location is excellent as well as it is near several grocery stores and only minutes away from all of the popular beaches and hotel/resorts on the west end of the island. There are also a multitude of great restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was our home away from home.

Great appartment
We stayed with 3 persons at Palm casita, a real nice appartment. More then enough space in the bedrooms and living room as well. Nice clean bathroom and kitchen completed the house. A real nice swimming pool (which is being cleaned every day). besides this we got shower and beach towells, beach chairs and coolers. Kiki and Frans (the Owners of the appartment) are allways helpfull and very kind!

Great Apartment & Location - Highly Recommended!
My friend and I stayed at Palm Casita for a week and it was absolutely wonderful. We were looking for a relaxing getaway and that's exactly what we found at this property. Conveniently located very close to several supermarkets, Eagle Beach (which is lovely!) and the high-rise hotel area, the apartment is spacious and stocked with everything one would need to feel comfortable while on vacation. I would even venture to say it's bigger and more modern than it appears in the photos. When we arrived, we were warmly met by Kiki and Frans and given a tour to become acquainted with the property. It was evident that they were quite proud of the property, which really feels like a mini resort once within the gates, and rightfully so. The grounds were very well maintained (flowers everywhere!) and the pool was clean and at a nice temperature. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, there were plenty of clean shower and beach towels and the A/C worked great in the bedrooms. We were fortunate enough to book our stay at a time when the Mango Casita (second apartment on the property) was vacant, so this afforded us even greater privacy and exclusive use of the pool, beach chairs and coolers. Throughout our stay, Kiki and Frans remained accessible, but respected our privacy. If we ever called upon them, they responded promptly with care and even took extra time to review maps of the island and give us personal recommendations of restaurants and activities around the island. The booking process could have been slightly more organized, but I honestly think that any bumps were a result of both Kiki and I becoming familiar with how to efficiently use the VRBO site at the same time. I can attest to Kiki being very trustworthy and organized. In fact, my damage deposit was refunded to me before I even boarded my return flight home. I wholeheartedly endorse Palm Casita as a great place to vacation - enjoy!

A great holiday
We were in February 3 weeks at the Palm Casita. It’s a perfect location. The most beautiful beaches (Eagle Beach & Palm Beach) in Aruba are around the corner. For groceries we went to the supermarket (Superfood), that’s around the corner. It’s also an ideal location for exploring the rest of the island. The Californian Lighthouse, Arikok National Park, Oranjestad (the capital of Aruba), and the other beautiful beaches/snorkel spots on the island are within short time easily reached by car. We rented a car to discover the whole island. It is ideal that you can park the car on site. The Palm Casita is a large house with spacious bedrooms, clean bathroom, spacious living room and a kitchen (including a bar where you can sit) with a modern refrigerator. Our favorite spot was the large veranda on the front. Every morning we had had a relaxed breakfast and sometimes when we stayed at home a nice private diner in the evening. The pool is lovely to wake up in the morning or refreshing after a long day on the beach. Behind the pool is a wonderful well maintained garden where we had lunch sometimes and a beautiful spot for the barbeque. Thanks to the privacy, good location, spacious homes, fine pool and nice garden it has a wonderful atmosphere to every need. We had three fine weeks in Aruba and that was certainly contributed by this great accommodation!
