"My check in wasn’t that great as the gentleman checking me in was unfriendly and rude. He wasn’t very friendly with me for entire stay either. I had a lot of issues with the shower. It would shut off in me every time I used it and had to slam this button in to get the water going in which was very annoying. The water temp is very hard to get right as well. The guys that help you get a taxi and take care of your luggage were fantastic. The guys on the beach that helped me get a chair every morning were also fantastic. Victor at the pool bar is a lot of fun and "

"Super friendly staff and very nice room and overall vibe. A bit out of the main hotel area. Access to the beach required a shuttle. Not a big deal, but would be nicer to be able to walk to the beach. "
