"Great location, especially for exploring the Bellingham and Mount Baker areas. The vacation home is right next to the main house, which you can't quite see in the pictures, so it was a bit odd at first, but we never saw or heard anyone (and hopefully they did not hear us!). "My wife and I (60s) and youngest son (30) really enjoyed staying here while visiting our oldest son and his wife and friends. The cottage was clean and well stocked and roomy enough to host a dinner and games for 7 adults. There is a very nice view of the lake. "We enjoyed our stay at this home. It has everything you need and the two family rooms were nice as one of the group had to work a bit so he went downstairs and couldn’t hear us upstairs. We didn’t get to the beach as it rained almost the entire time we were there, but it didn’t seem like a long walk. The hot tub is covered, which was a nice touch. The host was very responsive."
