"The Lapa is located in a good location. Easy to get everywhere. The hotel room was clean and tidy. We had a huge room. Just little things. Only had one bedside table. Toilet roll holder behind the toilet not easy to access? Light for hand basin was low to cupboard not up above basin? Taps turn on/off differently to normal but still worked. Pool was cool. Many people sunbaking but not swimming. Just a quick dip. It was a good place to stay in Hua Hi "

"The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and do their best to make your holiday memorable. We celebrated an anniversary and the staff gave us cake, rose petals in hearts on the bed and generally created a special event. We stayed in the club rooms (6303) which was huge and we could see the ocean which was lovely. There was no wet smell in the room from air con so that was great. The room had everything we need and a nice outdoor balcony with a day bed. Big screen tv and you can log in to...

"Overall my stay was good. Friendly staff, older room but nice with a comfortable bed. A few negative things were the two swimming pools were not properly maintained. Big main pool water was green. Smaller second pool was so dirty stuff was floating throughout the pool."
