"Overall it was very pleasant stay, clean, convenient and hospitality from the hotel staffs. In room washer + dryer is a plus point. Honestly, the breakfast needs significant improvement, totally not appetising with very limited choices and not delicious. "

But the lock of the door is broken and as a 5-star hotel/ residence, I‘d expect more amenities in room such as free water(refill which usually have at all 5-star hotel I‘ve been) or toothbrush in room. "Credits to all staffs👍 very friendly, helpful and polite not only for the reception staffs but also to housekeepings. Rooms are spaceous and clean. Convenient for shopping - 3 minutes' walk to Robinson Mall and Max Value market just round the corner. Japanese restaurant on ground floor also many food choice around property. Massage shops also close."

The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes. "
