Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. "Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. Highlight was out bar tender though. Giuseppe made the best drinks ever. This place is top notch. Location is amazing, everything in walking distance.
