One minute drive from the beach. Nicely remodeled condo.

Only few minutes walk from from the beautiful Nokomis beach on Casey Key. Supermarkets, gas stations, banks, restaurants, boat, kayak and jet ski rentals close by. There are only three condos on the property. Calm neighborhood with lots of palm trees and other tropical plants. Enjoy your mornings sipping coffee on the patio. Walking through the bridge to the island, you can watch boaters sometimes followed by dolphins on the intercoastal waterway. We look forward to having you!

We had a wonderful time. The place was immaculate and had all we needed. It was only a 10 min walk to the beach! We fished and did quite well, catching pompano and whiting, and a permit. We would recomed this place.

Wonderful condo close to Nokomis beach
Nicely remodeled condo that sleeps 3, just a short walk from nokomis beach, couple of minutes away from Publix, shops and restaurants. Great location to visit other beaches- Siesta key, Lido and longboat key, venice beaches. Well equipped kitchen and very responsive and helpful host. Great seafood and other restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this one bedroom I bath. The owner was always very responsive to any of our needs. The place was perfect for us neat and clean. A nice outside space with a table and chairs. We would stay here again.

The place was amazing. All new appliances, Split A/C unit. Nice Tile throughout the condo. Bed was memory foam and very comfortable. Close to two places to eat, within walking distance if you want. Beach was just minutes away over the IntraCoastal Waterway. I cannot say enough good things about the place. It was just great. And we were the only people there! Nice and quiet.
