"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! "My family and I stayed for 5 days at the residence (not at the hotel). The duplex apartment had seen better days and was not very clean but it was functional with a large balcony. Ker Juliet is a bit away from downtown Pornichet but next to a beautiful beach and walkway along a cliff. There are also a few stores nearby (bakery, boucherie, grocery store). "This is a new development in a quiet residential area. We stayed in a good sized 2 bedroom unit. The kitchen was well equipped and included a dishwasher. The TV needed a card and only had French channels. Plenty of storage space throughout. Black-out blinds in bedrooms came in useful when getting the children to bed. Nice children's play area and the swimming pool looked well maintained although we didn't actually use it. Beach and local shops/ restaurants/ cafes all a short walk away. The staff...
