"This is an historic and beautiful property, and ideal for a family group. The swimming pool is excellent and very secure. The area is quiet and peaceful and lends itself to a safe and relaxing holiday. The hosts are very accommodating and to have a local point of contact was very helpful. "We were looking for a quiet country break and that’s exactly what we got! The gite was well equipped, clean and spacious. It was also in a part of France which we had only ever driven through so it was lovely to spend a week there. I would highly recommend this holiday gite."

"A spacious base with a large garden that is not overlooked. Shade available in the garden and a choice of seating areas. The weather was hot when we were staying but we were able to close shutters and sleep in the downstairs bedroom which made it cool enough. Well equipped kitchen and very good oven and hob. "Nous avons passé un agreable sejours chez Mathilde. Belle demeure avec un grand parc clôturé et sécurisé. Nous etions 10, et avons pu profitez de son jardin et barbecue. "This is a beautifully decorated house with ample space, games for the teens, and a wonderful garden area. The best part of the property was the wonderful hosts. We came in late after many of the restaurants had closed and helped us get something to eat. They truly went above and beyond. It has great access to the Loire Valley chateaus and we wish we had more time at this location. The kitchen, coffee bar and bathroom were exceptional. Hats off to whoever the decorator was!
