"Receptionist was most unfriendly to the point of ignorance. The room price demanded on arrival was 50% more than advertised on the website. When this was pointed out he just asked if I had a booking - if not then this was the only price available. I refused to pay extra, went online and booked through an agency for the advertised price and went to the desk again with my booking confirmation. He slapped the paperwork, passport and room key on the desk, pointed to the sky and turned his back on me…I think he is not happy in his job."

"Excellent small hotel, ideal for a stopover when driving to Portugal as situated on the main route through central Spain to Portugal. Nice to walk into Miranda de Ebro after a long drive. Used many times. "

"This hotel is perfect for a traveler with nearness to highway and very simple checkin and rooms. The pub was perfect for an evening drink after a hard drive and the food was very good as well, service at bar great. "
