"Property was clean and tidy. Very nice situation in the countryside near a forest. Had a fantastic break. Great little pool and loverly hot tub made hot days and evenings very relaxing and great fun. Beautiful cottage in loverly gardens with everything on hand for a fantastic getaway. We used as a base and travelled to Tours,, Le Mans. Alençon and other local spots. The host Bruno was great and could not be more helpful if he tried which made our break all the more relaxing as we new he was on...

"This lovely property is off the beaten path just outside of the small town of Mauves-sur-Huisne. The house is as it looks and has ample space for 12 people. The owners are absolutely lovely and on hand to answer any questions and recommend local excursions. Lovely Belleme is just a 15 minute drive away for shopping and strolling. "This lovely cottage was my home for a month and I was extremely sad to say goodbye on my last day. It remained cool in the extreme heat of July and had everything I could possible need to live for a month. Jacques was an amazing host, providing many little extra touches that i have rarely experienced in other 'rent by owner' situations. His ability to speak English was a bonus as he helped me out of a few language barrier situations. Highly recommend this location."

"The house is in a very quiet place, of course you need the car or bicycle to get to nearly shops, but they are just a couple of minutes distance. There are plenty of rooms, 5 showers and 3 toilets. The upper floor was a bit warm during night, but it was a very hot week. In general we are very satisfied and we will book there again in case of a new trip to that area."

"Fantastic location every facility but having to take linens which was supposed to be included was a night mate as some of our party were flying."

"Not luxurious, but perfectly good for a one night business stay. Tucked away in a industrial/retail estate. Room was in a delegate block to the reception and breakfast room. Good continental breakfast offering. Would stay again. "

"Very helpful Staff, clean room and public areas, dog firendly, free parking adjacent to the hotel. My personal opinion is that the Dinner and Breakfast costs are too high for a 3* Hotel. The qualioty of food was excellent but as a traveller staying only for 1 night I did not need such expensive meal options. In fact I declined breakfast because of the cost"

"I reserved this room because Expedia lists it as having AC. We stayed in Sept and there was no AC. Were told by the desk they turn it off in the fall. Expedia needs to specify this hotel may not have AC depending on the whim of the owner. Windows open with rain, bad weather, traffic and no bug screens. Pass on to another hotel with accurate description. "
