My family (kids aged 5 and 8) had a very nice spring break stay in this cute little house. The place is tastefully decorated with a mid-centuryish sort of aesthetic. The kitchen was well equipped and well stocked. If you love your coffee, there's a french press, a moka pot, AND a Keurig (which we used) AND the owner provides ground coffee (which we did not use). The granola was quite good.
The beds were nice and comfy, and the climate control was good. We were there during sort of strange weather - windy and chilly for late march. Unfortunately, that meant that we did not spend very much time on the patio, which was a shame. The house sits up on a hill with a view south across the rolling hills into Sonora, with the Patagonia mountains to the east and Nogales off to the west. The view at night was nice. You forget, sometimes, that Nogales, Son. is a huge city, and its lights were very pretty at night.
The House is private - it's right against the private road that leads in to the property, but this road carries essentially no traffic, and its a quite a long way from the owner's home, and the two other units, which are along a long driveway heading south. The owner checked in once by text, but otherwise we were given our space.
The House is about a 10 minute drive into Patagonia Lake State Park (which we enjoyed), maybe 12 minutes into Patagonia, and maybe 15-20 minutes into Nogales.
We had a very nice time rockhounding in the area, hiking out at the lake, and just enjoying a change of scenery. I highly recommend.
