"The cabin is well maintained and there were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. The hosts were very detailed with instructions on check-in and checkout. Everything was in great working order as well and along with dishes and utensils they also provided other amenities such as tinfoil, oil, and spices. 10/10!"

"The house is exactly as advertised. Clean, great views, and plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and it was stocked with everything we needed. Convenient location to town and a quiet neighborhood."

"I am Handicapped and there were a few things that need to be done if it is rented to HC tenants. The bed was too close to the wall on one side. One of the kitchen chairs was very wobbly and a fall hazard. The rug needs grippers since it slides around when you walk on it.The tub/shower was extremely slippery and there was no handrail. There was not a mirror for anyone that cant stand for long periods of time or stand at all. I would suggest a long mirror attached to bathroom door. No snow shovel...

"over all a great little place, images make it look a WHOLE lot bigger than what it is. Small issues, rooms dont have any doors for privacy, electric outlets are the two prong ones, cant charge phones unless you get adapter and when you plug something in, you get a shock. Needs to be looked at, the 3rd room has no access from inside house, you have to leave the main place and go downstairs. "Amazing home to borrow for a week. Quiet, clean and peaceful neighborhood about 5 minutes to downtown Ruidoso. My favorite area of house was the deck/patio…wish I could’ve opened the door to the deck from bedroom and enjoy a book in bed but it appears to be shut permanently? They were sweet enough to have some complementary coffee! I definitely recommend staying. "

"Our stay was really cozy and comfortable. It could have used better cleaning as there was lots of dust and spider webs on the fan and light fixtures. There were also lots of ants on and around the bathroom sink so we were not able to use that area. The main concern was the heater, it seemed to work well but the smell of gas does get a bit overwhelming we also checked the carbon monoxide detector and learned it was not working, it did not have battery. "This place was a dream.. our family enjoyed it."

"Cabin location was perfect- right in the middle of all Ruidoso activities yet quiet and peaceful. Well stocked with everything we needed for family cooking and was also pleasantly surprised with a little Christmas tree to complete our Christmas away from home. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and yet still cozy. We will stay here again!"

"Nice quiet area. We enjoyed a nice walk in the neighborhood. Saw deer right outside the cabin. Cabin was cozy. We had 1 minor problem that they fixed almost immediately. Overall great stay!"
