"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im schönen Städtchen Grou. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super und besonders hat uns der große Wohnraum mit offener Küche und großer Terrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser gefallen. Für Familien absolut empfehlenswert, für zwei Parteien sind die Schlafzimmer evtl. ein bisschen zu klein."

"Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit großem Grundstück, toll für Hunde, da es von der Hecke ganz eingeschlossen ist. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat nicht gefehlt. Wir würden vor den Fenster und Türen allerdings Mückenschutzgitter empfehlen."

"Smelled like somone was smoking inside just before we got there. Blankets had obvious stains on them. Double bed was 2 nylon covered mattresses pushed together. Made for a very uncomfortable night. "

There is a grocery store in the next town over so it's a quick drive or bike ride if you need to pick up anything. Two bicycles are provided for use so I would hop on after dinner and explore the beautiful countryside. The property is spacious for two adults and very clean and comfortable. "We really enjoyed our stay in the very spacious house. The furnishings are very tasteful and cozy, the beds very comfortable. The communication with the very nice owners was excellent. We would have to come back in summer, the pool and the terrace look very attractive. For fans of large cooking sessions with more than 4 people, the cooking utensils may not be sufficient, but for us everything we needed was there."

"Our Holiday in grou was wonderful. The house was really well equipped and big enoug for all of our family + our dogs. The garden is surrounded by fences and hedges. That gives you a lot of privacy and you don`t have to worry about the dogs. The garden is big enough for playing tabletennis and badminton, which we did a lot :-) Moreover there is a little ferry 5 minutes away, which brings you to the city center for shopping or visiting restaurants or doing some waterspouts. "Das Haus hat für uns sehr gut gepasst: 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern haben bequem Platz gefunden. Richtig gut ist die Anzahl an Duschen und (Extra-)Toiletten. Bei der Anreise fanden wir die Küche bzw. die Schubladen der Kpche nicht so sauber vor, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten und auch sonst gab es die ein oder andere Ecke, in der der länger nicht mehr der Staub entfernt wurde- daher hier ein Stern Abzug. Wir kommen gerne wieder, da das Komplettpaket für uns insgesamt...

"Umgebung, Unterkunft und Formalitäten: okay. Ein Nachteil ist wirklich, dass alle Bewohner des Obergeschosses - bis zu 6 Personen - Tag und Nacht eine extrem steile und schmale Treppenleiter bewältigen müssen, um von dort aus eine sanitäre Einrichtung aufsuchen zu können... Daher: gut für junge Leute und Familien. Für ältere Menschen: schauen sie sich weiter um..."

"Accommodation was fine. Lovely little pub 5 min walk from property. Only problem was getting the key from reception as they said didn't seem to know we were arriving. They also couldn't find the key after speaking to the owner, eventually gave me the spare key but it was a bit stressful at the time. I must point that this was reception's fault and not the owner of the property."

"The owner of this property must use google translator as most of the messages he sent me made no sense. This then made it difficult to understand the check in process. Thank goodness the kind lady at the registration office clarified things for me. I understood that towels/tea towels would be included with the linens, but there was an extra fee for these items. Just a note for mobility challenged guests, the stairs are very steep and narrow."
