The room was a good size for two people. The breakfast buffet is varied and high quality. Most of all, their customer service is outstanding. I am very grateful they were able to help with a reservation mixup, and with no hesitation at all. If I return to Turin, no doubt this is where I’d stay."

"Great, central location, a 5 minute walk from Porta Nuova, the main train station in Turin, with several attractions within walking distance. The front desk was very accommodating. It was Superbowl Sunday with the game from 12:40-4:30 AM, and i was not sure where or if it was being shown on Italian TV. But they helped me and i got to watch the entire game in Italian language. 😊"
