The kitchen had all the equipment needed for cooking for our group. There were plenty of towels and they even provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The teens loved the ping-pong table and we made s'mores in the big fire pit and fished off the dock. The only cons I can think of would be that the air hockey table didn't function right...

I also run a rental property so I know exactly what the house should and shouldn’t have and I was impressed. The host is very responsive and friendly. "This place was not clean nor maintained. My grandkids feet were black from walking inside the house (right after their bath) as were others who walked around barefoot in the house. The bunk beds were not safe to sleep in; very unsteady. There was not a pull out sofa, just a sofa and no extra sheets or pillows. We had to go to Walmart and buy pillows. The thermostat downstairs did not work and it was extremely hot. The stair railing was loose and the transition board to the stairs was not firmly...

"Gorgeous property! Exactly as described. Plenty of space for large groups or families. We used every bed! The kitchen is very spacious and functional. If you plan to cook, ask the owner to check the burners, they did not all work, but we made it work cooking for 24 people. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they are beautiful! Plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood, we really enjoyed this property. "
