She has 3 bedrooms: A large ground floor bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bay window overlooking the terrace. A second one with a double bed, accessible by the stairs (quite steep). As well as a last bedroom with a single bed and a small view of the Vilaine.
Architect-designed house from 2020, it features a large living room overlooking its fenced garden equipped with a barbecue.
Just like the small living and dining room that offers you access to the patio, the fully equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker...) promises you access to the terrace and patio.

A parking lot with 2 spaces is available in front of the house, very useful for market days on Thursday.
We recommend using reverse parking, which will allow you to leave more easily. As a bonus, the owners have provided an external outlet for electric vehicles. Finally, children can enjoy a basketball hoop and a trampoline.

The owners' cat will stay in the garden, Vacationers can feed it. It may want to return to its natural habitat, do not hesitate to put it back outside. It is very gentle and kind with children.
