"I wasn’t here for a luxury stay but was looking for a place to stay for the nights. It did its job. The room was small as expected but I was impressed how it was so clean and efficient. Recommend being in the main building as it is newer. "

"We stayed here while hiking the nakasando trail and it was the best decision. The onsen was beautiful. Everything was clean. Staff were superb. The dinner and breakfast buffets were amazing. Can’t wait to come back. "

"It's more an apartment rather than a hotel as you're getting a little kitchen, large size bath/shower and it has a separate entrance (not like you'd go through a reception in traditional hotels) We loved it, nice and cozy"

"My stay at Route Inn was what I needed which was a place to stay for the few nights I visited with a friend who lives in the area. The hotel is a bit dated but the room was comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast. "

"Perhaps be more flexible on check in time. It was drizzling n cold. We arrived at 14.10 but were not able to chk in as the staff said the room was not ready. Otherwise everything was perfect n highly recommend"
