"ホテル内はとても広く快適でした！立地も良くて徒歩で移動出来ました✨ 前日にチェックイン番号など送られてくるとの事でしたが、チェックイン時間までこず、入れなくてここに書いてあった電話の所やWEB上に色々電話した所全て違う所にかかって、入るまでに凄く時間がかかりました💦"

Awful check in experience, cannot recommend

"Check in was incredibly awful, 40 mins in 35 degree heat outside because the property owner did not send a valid door code. Ended up calling hotels.com who managed to sort but at a cost in phones, patience and valuable holiday time as well as cooking in the heat. Dreadful check in.... cannot recommend ..."
