"We stayed there 5 nights. They immediately greeted and offeredu cappicino and hot cocoa and cookies which they brought to our room several times throughout our stay. The breakfast is outstanding. The offered to make us omelets which werent on buffet. Kind friendly and superior service with affordable price. Would definately nook again. "

"The room was smelling so bad from smoking although I requested previously a non smoking room, they had no other better option so they brought a fragrance to kill the bad smell and opened all windows. Minutes later I noticed that all the carpet is so wet from a previous water flood from the toilet, the water looks brownish so I insisted to move out and they offered a nother room. The staff were cooperative and friendly."

"We had a lovely time at the Riverside Hotel. Everything was clean and spacious. The location is ideal as it is walking distance to the major attractions and close to the metro. The owners were very friendly and helpful with everything that we needed. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Istanbul!"

Very helpful staff. Perfect location!

"Hotel is in a perfect location. Grand bazaar and the mosques area are walkable, both with in 10 minutes. Whole staff was very friendly and we got lots of help arranging taxis, airport pick up and baby stroller etc. There is nice view of Istanbul skyline from the terrace. "

"While fairly ordinary on the exterior this place is a diamond. The details, pageantry and staff will blow your mind. It brims with history and romance and the interior takes you back to a beautiful, ambient period in time. Some friends recommended it and they’ve never let me down. "Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great—good variety and fresh options. The location made it easy to get around, though the street right outside was a bit noisy and not the nicest. Still, the hotel itself was lovely and definitely worth the price. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to others. "
