The hot water didn't work. Management didn't know what to do about it, told us it was out of their control and did not give us any sort of discount or voucher for a future visit. This was not our first visit to Hamat Gadar so we had expectation. We were very disappointed. "

Location was on the top of a hill with views of the valley and the Gilboa hills. Beautiful short hiking trails right near the room. Room was very clean and inviting. Access to huge Swimming pool was included Staff was helpful at check in. "

It took some time till they took care of it. we got instructions for check in via WhatsApp, which was fine if everything worked perfect... The View is great, also breakfast was good and homy"
