"Absolutely amazing staff! Room cleaning service was actually too good, they clean and change the sheets too much. Food was okay, not sure about if they have bakery in-house, but all pastry / sweets are delicious. One thing though, some facilities are not on 5 star level at all. Main pool planks MUST be changed guys. Especially around the kids area they're too worn out, some places have rusty screws sticking out. I think they started to upgrade because one half of the pool had new planks, other side not. We stayed at 12th floor with balcony and sea view. There also, planks have bad condition. With some upgrades it would be too notch! The resort itself is well kept and maintained. Staff super friendly. Beach is not that great comparing to the neighboring hotels (we've been to most of them). All in all it was great! Will come again. Hope they take the constructive criticism :). "
