"Absolutely amazing staff! Room cleaning service was actually too good, they clean and change the sheets too much. Food was okay, not sure about if they have bakery in-house, but all pastry / sweets are delicious. One thing though, some facilities are not on 5 star level at all. Main pool planks MUST be changed guys. Especially around the kids area they're too worn out, some places have rusty screws sticking out. I think they started to upgrade because one half of the pool had new planks, other side not. We stayed at 12th floor with balcony and sea view. There also, planks have bad condition. With some upgrades it would be too notch! The resort itself is well kept and maintained. Staff super friendly. Beach is not that great comparing to the neighboring hotels (we've been to most of them). All in all it was great! Will come again. Hope they take the constructive criticism :). "

"Clean Property, Delicious Food, but too loud!! Our kids loved the kids club and swimming. The pools were well maintained and the food was amazing! Some of the extra entertainment options like the mini-golf and the basketball courts needed improvement/ repair. The beach access was incredible! However, be prepared for no/little sleep. The outdoor dance show blasts music until late, and then the indoor night club blasts the music from the first floor until early morning hours. It doesn’t matter where you sleep in the hotel, the overly loud bass music carries into every floor. When we asked them to turn it down, we were ignored. Swandor is a party resort, not a quiet vacation. "
