"Great property. Really enjoyed our stay. The pool and gym are lackluster to say the least. I've seen better at highway exit hotels. Room was very spacious, one window was filled with moisture and mold. Pre check-in requests (extra pillow, linens) were not fulfilled, but they quickly addressed it. Somehow they still use dish TV, so during a rainy weekend there was no TV service unless you link your phone to the wifi and cast to the TV. They offer free wifi if you sign up for their loyalty program...

"Super friendly staff. Turquoise was wonderfully friendly & funny. She checked us in 45 minutes early on a super busy Friday. Check out staff was also friendly & funny; kudos to the trainee who helped. Accommodations were entirely acceptable. Room wasn't out of date but wasn't too fancy or modern. Nice 20th floor view. "I was met with the most horrific experience I have ever endured in all my years of traveling. Had it not been for the low temperature that night and the need to get my daughter settled for her tournament, I would have likely opted to sleep in the car and seek alternative accommodations the following morning. "We initially were given a room that was not handicap accessible (which we specified in our reservation). The room also smelled of cigarette smoke. We asked if we could be moved and the staff were very kind and arranged for us to have another room. The second room was much better. Not yet enough handicapped parking spots. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast. "

"Oh my! This cabin was everything advertised and more. Beautiful setting, spacious, and extremely clean. So many amenities. The beds were comfy, cozy. All the furniture in excellent condition. We wished we could have stayed longer. We all agreed we would like to return. Highly recommend. "
