"Very private location at the end of a dead end. I wiped out the fridge and sink because it was alittle dirty. There was dirt on the bottom bunk from whoever made the bed stepped there so we just dusted it off. We just needed a place to sleep before riding the ohv trails the next morning, so it was perfect for that. We couldnt figure out how to keep both ACs on but that was fine as well. "We’ve been looking to purchase a home in Ninety Six and recognized the pictures of this one. It was a perfect location for us. The house was comfortable and fairly well appointed. Only 1 dish towel was provided but we had to leave a day early due to the hurricane and possibility of flooding. The remote for the main t was MIA and so we were unable to use it.Could have used a couple more coffee cups with some size rather than the dainty little ones.
