The beautiful Villa Adriaticum is located in Zaton, not far from the city of Zadar. Vila Adriaticum is a short walk away from the centre of Zaton, where there are numerous restaurants and bars. The beauty of this Dalmatian villa lies in the traditional design both of its exterior and interior. You will feel right at home here!



Villa Adriaticum can accommodate a total number of 6 people in 3 comfortable and fully equipped bedrooms that were designed with special attention to detail. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units and LCD TVs. The living room of the villa Adriaticum is fully equipped and furnished, and the sofa can be used as a bed for two additional persons. The whole villa is covered with (Wi-Fi) internet for worry-free surfing in all the rooms. There are also two completely furnished and decorated bathrooms at the guests' disposal.



In the beautifully designed garden of the villa there is a gorgeous heated swimming pool with counter-swim equipment and waterfall as well as a jacuzzi and a comfortable garden set with sun loungers, where guests can relax and enjoy the afternoon sun. There is a charming summer kitchen in the yard which also exudes the traditional Dalmatian spirit, making the perfect holiday experience in Dalmatia complete. To complete its already amazing offer, villa Adriaticum has added a jacuzzi making your holiday a relaxation paradise.

Die Außenanlage mit dem Pool und Whirrpool sowie der Garten waren super schön. Das Häuschen war nett, könnte aber eine Renovierung gebrauchen.(die Fenster etc.)Der Kühlschrank war wahnsinnig laut.Die Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht so toll. Töpfe und Pfannen müssten ausgetauscht werden. Im Geschirrspülerwar die oberste Schublade defekt.Kaffeemaschine war total verkalkt, wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht, war ein netter Service. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.
