Perfect Place for Family Weekend
We came up for a ND football weekend and we were so fortunate to find this 3 Bedroom apartment on VRBO, for our group of 7. Everything is new and clean and well presented. The place is perfect for a family gathering. Communication with the property manager was very easy and response was always prompt. 3 suggestions: 1) it was hard to find. Maybe let the renters know that the apartment is above a a Radio Shack? 2) Staples like salt-pepper, cooking oil should be provided. And maybe provide baking dishes? (We wanted to make brownies but had no baking dish) 3) The listing said bath soap and shampoo would be provided but we could not find these

Wonderful stay in the perfect location
Beautiful property that had an amazing location, and easy check in/check out. The apartment is perfect for any group of two to eight people (if two folks were to set up on the couches, this could easily he ten). Everything was clean, and the personal touches by the host really made it special. The downtown of Niles where the apartment is located is a gorgeous, revitalized, slice of small town Americana. We were recommended places to eat by friendly locals both times we asked, and could have seen a movie in the the theater next door if walked alone the river if we had time. We did pick up chocolate from Veni's, a local chocolatier on the corner - it was very tasty. Breakfast options and dinner options were affordable, and we enjoyed our meals. Many people were out walking and Niles felt extremely walkable, which is a delightful change from much of the Midwest. The Host, Tad is also excellent with communication, and very quick to fix any issues that might arise. We had none, but still chatted through the VRBO app - I was, so impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. Thank you for a serene stay as we celebrated my mother's life, and mourned her passing.
