"The hotel is very well situated and has a lovely view and balcony to enjoy any breakfast/ lunch / diner. The room is lovely and big enough. The air conditioning was very good. The shower pressure is very good and they have a fridge. On the down side the wifi was very bad, the curtain in the shower was useless and thus we were ending up cleaning the floor few times a day. "Overall our experience was pleasant. The room was beautiful, we had a corner suite. It was clean and well appointed. Only issue we had is that staff did not speak Greek fluently. Nor did they speak English well enough to answer any questions like how to access the satellite TV that was advertised as an included item for your stay. "There is no wifi, no parking, no option to get food - the restaurant is a bar now. And if you want air conditioning, which you will as it is so hot there, it is NOT included, you have to pay 10€ a day. All of the above are offered in as an option or are included according to the description. Sadly, vbro and Belvilla did nothing other than try and get in touch with someone. We were there 11 days and have now left - still nothing from them!"
