"Great apartment. Great building with good facilities. Lack of lifts is a downfall. It has only 3 lifts but needs 6. So often have to wait a long time for a lift. Pool area is great. Gym very good for a building gym.. They have huge luggage lockers 50thb per hour to store bags on checkout days. Could use more than only 2 towels per stay."

"There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. Skum of the earth and Expedia is doing nothing about it .. your cowards. Even with vid and pics and the fact the apt had nothing as discribed in ad "

Lot of options for food in the area, Mcdonalds, Starbucks just across the street in the mall. Local market 2 minutes walk if you want to experience actual local market. WiFi was excellent with router right in the room. Cons: Con only if you are mainly there to explorer walking street area. A fair bit of walk from all the action."
