"Considering the prices of hotels/hostels in Utrecht and its location, its a pretty good deal. The rooms are barebone but clean and spacious enough (as far as the private ones go). I would stay there again, but keep in mind its no frills!"

So we told that fact to receptionist and se said that we want our money back, that we will take another hotel.
