"A solid choice of hotel right in front of the Aqueduct on the edge of the old town, making it easy to find and easy to get to by car/taxi. Like many Spanish hotels of this era it may feel a tad tired compared to newer builds or bigger chains, and in theory could perhaps do with updating, but in reality is clean and convenient so there’s not much it would gain by chucking money at replacing 1960s tiles floors with 2020s ones tbh. Used by many coach tours The front desk staff are great - really helped us out during the Great Power Cut of 2025!"

"We liked almost everything but Segovia is kind of cold at this time, we got there after the restaurant was close, we were tired and in the room they did not have even a teapot so we can have something hot, the toilet cover was broken and we reported it but it was a Holiday and maintenance was not available to fix it, they offered another room but we had unpacked. We liked it very much and will go back again."

"This is a delightful hotel In the walled city of Segovia. This is a hotel that had been used in the last century by the best and most famous actors. The hotel has been upgraded and redone and is fabulous. The breakfast was amazing. This was the favorite hotel of our group. "

"Such an interesting hotel with a great deal of history. Lovely room for two with minibar and tea making facility. Bar open until 11pm. Room service until 10.30pm. Very clean and very helpful staff. We did not book until 9pm and all was accommodated and ready for our arrival. I do not have anything negative to say, just a 'thank you' Can highly recommend. "
